Innovative Succession Planning
The biggest Leadership myth is, “Leaders are Born” in fact the opposite is true, “Leaders are made rather than born”. Our aim is to identify and develop high potential leaders to fill key leadership development positions in our organization. We use strategic succession plans like the Competency-based approach, which provides an intuitive information on the SRKians’ personality, their motivations, values, attitude, intellect, potential, behavioural competencies, knowledge and skills. We follow a very robust Performance Management System which has already been assessed by IIM-A as a Case Study.
